All started with B10 Vietnamese Cafe
Back in 2015 a Vietnamese Restaurant hired us for 1 event and then continued to attend more.
George R. Brown Convention Center Event
Our first event with B10. Driving up the ramp to the second floor of the convention next to 288 highway and parking the trailer inside a giant hall that had a stage and many other food units selling their cuisine.
New Year's 2016 Event
After parking the food truck near the Houston Aquarium Downtown. B10 brought everything
that they need to sell for the new years celebration.
During the event a long line was formed outside the B10 food truck.
People in the cold waiting and very hungry, they
celebrated with downtown fireworks and a live performance of The TonTons
and The B-52's on stage.
Outside Minute Maid Park Event
In the middle of the year around May of 2016, B10 Vietnamese Restaurant
was invited again along with other food truck vendors to park outside of Minute Maid
for an event for the organizers of the baseball team.
At the end of the event fireworks was set on fire, resulting as the closing ceremony.
After a couple of more events, the food truck was working at the regular spot it was
for the past years selling grilled chicken with rice and beans.
The moments and memories that were created by attending those events was amazing,
being able to go back stage or to even be with the organizers and talk about where we were going
to park the truck.
Especially being a member and helping out the staff at b10 Vietnamese Cafe.
The owner and her employees were very kind and would give me some of their famous Banh mi sandwiches, All
while I would go wonder around the venue, enjoy the preparation stage and talk to the other staff members of the event
and how they would get everything ready.
All you need is some banner with the logo and food images of your restaurant.
Have a menu of the food the price any drinks you sell.
Have colorfull banner to attract cusomers. Keep it Simple

It is now 2025 and there are going to be many events happening around Houston this year
that will need food vendors to be at these places.
